How are you effectively engaging fathers? Join us to expand your understanding and views on how you engage fathers in your services. This session will discuss ways to effectively and meaningfully engage fathers in family services. Participants will not only learn the benefits of engaging fathers but will dive deep into strength-based engagement techniques for dads. Participants will walk away with excitement to engage dads in their services and practical ways to do so. Participants will also gain an awareness of how to continue to engage in this work through the Colorado Fatherhood Network.

Alexa Schaffer is the Fatherhood Initiative Manager at the Family Resource Center Association where she implements recommendations to support sustainability and inclusion of fatherhood services at an intermediary level and coordinates The Colorado Fatherhood Network.
